• I found an error in my Smartbook. What can I do?
Please provide us with the Smartbook model number and describe the error you found.
If the error is confirmed, we will correct it and send you the corrected version of the Smartbook at no extra cost.

• Why might Encyclo-AI™ refuse to create a Smartbook?
First, Encyclo-AI™ will refuse to create a Smartbook on a topic that does not comply with French law and the site’s ethics.
Second, Encyclo-AI™’s editorial focus is on knowledge. Creating a Smartbook on a fictional or promotional topic does not align with this focus and will therefore be rejected.
Finally, the topic you propose may be too narrow to create a high-quality Smartbook. You will then be asked to broaden the scope of your proposal.

In over 95% of cases, creating a Smartbook takes less than 10 minutes.
However, we rely on external resources such as the ChatGPT API, whose response time is not deterministic.
• How much does it cost to create your Smartbook?
Creating a Smartbook costs €3.98 each. If the Smartbook is already in the library, it will only cost you €1.99 each.
By purchasing credit packs, you can benefit from a discount of 6% to 18%, depending on the number of credits.
Packs of 16, 32, or 64 credits are available. Creating a Smartbook uses 2 credits. Credits can also be used to purchase Smartbooks available in the library for 1 credit each.
